Francisco Quiroga

I'm Fran, a full-stack developer from Mar del Plata, Argentina. I hold a University Technician in Programming degree from UTN (graduated January 2026, GPA 9.36/10), where I focused on REST APIs with Java + Spring Boot and modern frontend with TypeScript and React.

I work across the stack, from data models and REST APIs to the dashboards and tools built on top of them. At Galante I built Moya, a legal workflow application that replaced years of spreadsheet-based work for an Argentine law firm, and the same approach carries over to any team whose day-to-day still runs on spreadsheets.

I'm fluent in English (C1) and open to remote roles or freelance projects, from internal dashboards and APIs to full client applications.
